The good thing about this TENS unit electronic pulse massagers it that they are very portable, uses 4 AAA batteries that has lasted over 1 year, and the design has not changed in over 4 years.

It has built in timers and programs for different muscle group massages. You can also change the intensity and time of the programing or set custom rates. Its easier if you have someone assist you in putting it on, however over time you can do it yourself with practice.

Its reliable and simple with 4 electronic pads using 2 pairs of cables. The reusable Electrode Patches ( ) get weaker after about 2 years, as the adhesive becomes less tacky. You should always keep the patches on their plastic sheet and inside a sealed bag when in storage to prolong the life of the tacky adhesive.

Overall this TENS Electronic Pulse Unit ( ) is a very good value for after workouts and tight muscles.
