REVIEW: BONDIR – R2 ( Relieve + Recover ) Percussive Massager – (COSTCO $89)

I got this BONDIR – R2 Percussive Massager about 1 week ago and have been using it daily after my fitness workouts to loosen stiff muscles. It’s also sold online at Costco.com for $89 , Amazon ( https://amzn.to/3si2FXO ) and ShopSonix.com. I will do a quick unboxing and then go over the pros and cons of this unit.

PROS:
1. Best part is the extended handle for longer reach and more controlled for back muscle groups
2. Lighter than competitors at about 3 lbs.
3. USB C charging – NO big wall adaptor needed to lug around.
4. Comes with essential easy to clean attachments. The soft rubber heads are great for sensitive areas like the lower back and shins.

CONS:
1. Only 3 speed settings -It starts pretty fast. It maybe easier to start at a slower speed to get used to it.
2. Almost lost the lower rubber cover, there should be a place to store it when using the extended handle.

Overall, it’s a great package with all the attachment heads needed and compact enough to keep in the car or gym bag. Small case can fit in the trunk or under the car seat. I bring it with me on my jogs and workouts. The extension handle makes this percussion massager more useful than other handhelds, so you can have better reach and control when using it by yourself.

Costco Duracell 550 Lumen 4 AAA Aluminum Flashlight 3 Pack – $14.99 (Normally $19).

My Costco just brought out the Duracell Durebeam ULTRA variable focus LED flashlight ( https://amzn.to/3peABlZ ) is 550 lumens. This Costco Find is also currently on sale with a $5 instant savings for a 3 pack for $14 versus the original $19 price.

Costco also had the has Duracell 2500 Lumen Flash Light for $19! Its a now on instant savings for $14. There are other 2500 lumen LED flash lights online: https://amzn.to/2ZaqfZO . That one uses 6 AA batteries.

The 550 lumen Duracell Ultra uses 4 AAA batteries to produce a 550 lumen light on high for 2 hours and 100 lumen light on low for 7 hours .


This new aluminum flashlight design is slightly longer then prior years at 6 inches for better grip and handling. The focus lens is variable. The power and mod button is on the bottom.

REVIEW: Homedics Shiatsu Massage Cushion w/ Heat – 8 Year Long Term Review

I bought a Homedic Shiatsu Massage Cushion ( https://amzn.to/39WW3q0 )for my home about 8 years ago. This is a long term review. I basiclly used it after work about 2 hours, about 2-3 times a week for over 8 years. It provides full back and neck kneading and Shiatsu massages. I also have a ChiroGun Deep Tissue Percussion Muscle massager ( https://amzn.to/3o9V0c0 ) for after exercise and training. For cold winter nights working, I also have a Sunbeam XL Renue ( https://amzn.to/39eqIQd ) Heating Pad for Neck & Shoulder Pain Relief.

This Homedic Shiatsu massager is made of plastic leather and mesh , after 8 years the leather piping is worn but the cushions are still intact. The mesh fabric held up well and the mechanics still supply heat and great kneading pressure. You can set the massager to give you a full back and neck and shoulder massage. You can also program it to do spot massages for local muscle knots and soreness.

Unlike Percussion Muscle massagers ( https://amzn.to/3o9V0c0 ) which makes me nauseous after 5 minutes of localized percussion pounding, you can have this work heat and kneading action for over 30 to 60 minutes to totally feel relaxed.

It straps to almost any upright chair. I use it on my office mesh task chair (https://amzn.to/2MnEAyx ). However the elastic band has gone stretched after 2 years.
Overall this has paid for its self after using it for a year let alone 8 years.
