I just got a 2 jug box of COSTCO! Kirkland Full Synthetic 0w20 Oil! 5 Quart Jug 2 PACK for $24! Wow its $2.50 a quart for full synthetic oil! I bought a box of the 0w20. I also got this sweet deal from Pennzoil ( 22 DAYS TO THE PENNZOIL 400 PROMOTION ) for a $22 gift card to Shell gasoline with the purchase of 5 qts of Pennzoil full synthetic I bought 5 qts from Amazon ( https://amzn.to/31CajzO ) for about $23 and applied for the online rebate. There are so many new full synthetic motor oils on the market with smaller hybrid and turbo engines. I like that there are more competition from different brands. For me I am not brand specific. I remember paying $30- $35 for 5 quarts. 10 years later, Pennzoil, Valvoline, Castrol, Walmart SuperTech and now Costco Kirkland Signature has a Full synthetic 5w-30 motor oil selling for about $12 – $38 dollars! Costco! ( 干 海参 ) Dried Atlantic Sea Cucumbers – 1 lb – $44.99 – UNBOXING 乾 海參

Costco has Dried Atlantic Sea Cucumbers for $44.99 a pound. I bought a bag to try out. There are similar dried sea cucumbers sold online: https://amzn.to/2S2G8xt . The cost vary from $50 to $100 a pound. Really expensive dried seafood.

I only tried this in Chinese seafood restaurants and seen frozen and dried versions in Chinese and Asian Supermarkets. In the video you can see the dried sea cucumbers are about 2.5 to 3 inches in length dehydrated. After soaking it for a few days we will compare the size. At $45 a pound I want to try this out at home.

How to cook Dried Sea Cucumber.
The instructions to cook this is was simple enough as follows:

  1. Soak for 3-4 days in cold water in the refrigeration.
  2. Replace the water every day.
  3. Cook in boiling water for 30 minutes until soft.

So I am going to try it and do a review of the process and flavor in a few days. So stay tuned.

REVIEW! IKEA “Fyllen” – Pop up Collapsible Mesh Laundry Hamper

I just bought a new IKEA FYLLEN Pop-Up Collapsible Mesh Laundry Hamper to replace my 5+ year old hamper I got for a few dollars at a discount store. Other similar : Pop-Up Collapsible Mesh Laundry Hamper: https://amzn.to/2GiCkmh .

I could have bought other laundry hampers at Costco, however i liked the unique look of this one from IKEA. Btw, my Youtube vlogs and reviews may also have associated affiliate links to products that may earn from qualifying purchases.

The one from IKEA came in two colors: blue or white. It also came in two sizes: tall (about 3 ft )and short (about 2 ft). I choose tall blue laundry hamper for dirt tolerance. Thinking back I should have got a short one to prevent me from overloading my hamper. (Oh well.)

This hamper came with a top lid and is solidly built. I have repaired my cheap hamper many times and found the materials of the Ikea hamper far stronger and superior to the 5 dollar hamper. I expect the Ikea hamper to last as long as I want to keep that style (probably over 6 years).

I also like the small built in pouch for storage. It doesnt have a zipper so you must keep the hamper vertical while traveling. The lid is lightly secured by a velcro tab. The hamper is probably meant to be carried vertically. Due to the size and build it may use it to carry beach or recreational sports gear during outings. I like the new hamper and like the modern design.
