Plastic parts break all the time. I use J-B Weld steel reinforced epoxy ( https://amzn.to/2WuDmau ) to fix broken parts on my car , photo equipment, or vlogging gear. In this video I repair a broken plastic light ring mount that broke from the brass nut.

It is very versatile and can be used on metal and plastic. After it cures in 24 hours its much stronger than the original plastic.
Using J-B Weld ( https://amzn.to/2WuDmau ) is very easy:
- Just degrease all the parts with soap and water or denatured alcohol. 2. Use some disposable pieces of card board as a mixing surface, mixing stickj, and a flat edged for clean up or leveling.
- Put equal parts of the JB Weld Steel Reinforced Epoxy Resin and Hardener
- Mix both parts until uniform gray
- Apply to surface and clean up any run offs.
- Use the clean flat piece to give it a final level.
- Clean up and wash hands.
- Let cure for 24 hours.
Overall, J-B Weld ( https://amzn.to/2WuDmau ) is very useful for many house hold and professional repair work. I have it in my garage and tool box and go through a 10 oz tube in about a year if i have a lot of repairs. You want to keep the hardener and resin capped and in a cool storage to avoid drying out.
