Panic Shopping at Costco – Mine was out of Bottled Water / Toilet Paper / Wipes / Ramen / Rice

I went to Costco today for the third day and the were sold out of Bottled Water , Toilet Paper, anti bacterial Wipes, Ramen noodles , and Canola oil. People bought bread and other food goods. I was able to buy SPAM and cereal but i dont know why people are buying bottled water and toilet paper. I could still buy other food staples online like Canola oil ( ) or even toilet paper ( , bottled water ( or even Anti bacterial wipe ( ). But at Costco, everyone was panic shopping these past few days.
