Coleman Water Carrier 5 Gallon – 5+ Year REVIEW – Annual Cleaning and Maintaining.

Here is a quick long term review Coleman Water Carrier 5 Gallon and an annual cleaning and maintenance. We have owned these water carriers for camping, and having emergency water available during an water outage or disaster. Its been over 5 years of use. Normally recycle the water every November, and clean and check the parts.

These water carriers are available online (affiliate links) :

Cleaning: We empty the water to the garden and take apart the faucet. We clean the gasket and check for MOLD. We wash everything with hot soapy water and rinse everything before refilling with tap water. We should have added a drop or two of bleach to lower the chance of mold growth. We must have forgotten to do that last year.

We found that the Coleman faucets ( https://amzn.to/2NRh3V7 ) have cracked so we had to order the online. We also keep rain water in 55 gallon barrels, which i will make a video later.
Thanks for watching or reading!

CCV#70 – DIY 2016-2018 Chevy Volt In-cabin Air filter Change in 8 MINUTES!

Its been over a year and I noticed my in cabin air filter needed to get changed. I got my AC Delco carbon in cabin air filter online: ( https://amzn.to/2XRS3PM ) for about $13. BTW: My Youtube vlogs may also have associated affiliate links to products that may earn from qualifying purchases.

Since this is my 3rd time changing my incabin air filter for my 2017 Chevy Volt, I can now dow it in under 8 minutes. You need the new filter ( https://amzn.to/2XRS3PM ) and 7 MM socket and a REALLY LONG socket screwdriver 7+ inches to make the job easier. The 5 hex bolts are easier to install and remove with the longer stem.

I have given my 2017 Chevy Volt to my retired parents who love it. They drive about 15 miles a day so it’s convenient for them to just charge it every day instead of using gas at $4 a gallon in California. It’s funny how they label and lock everything. See the video its kinda cute.

I will continue to maintain and vlog about the 2017 Chevy Volt in the future and will post it to my two Chevy Volt play lists:
