Review: ATOMI – 10W QI Wireless FAST Charger Pad w/ Samsung NOTE20 ULTRA

I got this Atomi Qi Wireless Charging Base 10W (https://amzn.to/35xXWIk ) for my Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G ( https://amzn.to/3qa8THC ) and for my Samsung BUDS+ ( https://amzn.to/3qmxKc6 ) ear buds as both can use fast wireless charging.

The Atomi Qi Wireless Charging Base 10W (https://amzn.to/35xXWIk ) is similar to other 10W chargers and will need a USB wall power adaptor able to output 5v @ 2A or 9 V at 1.67 A , for that i bought a ANKER 30W 2 Port Fast Charger ( https://amzn.to/3qeZP4j ). Fast Charging wirelessly is slower than directly plugging in a USB C fast charger cable in. The benefit of fast charging wirelessly is the convenience of not using a plug and wearing down the USB port.

I also tested the SUP CASE Unicorn Beetle Case for Samsung NOTE20 Ultra ( https://amzn.to/3sjNsFX ) as it requires a strong wireless charger to be able to charge through the thick case. The Atomi was able to fast charge through the Sup Case.

Overall I am happy with the Atomi Qi charger as it is packaged well and would make a presentable gift to people who have wireless charging devices.

REVIEW: MOZA Mini P Gimbal 3 Axis Stabilizer – How to Setup and Calibrate, Use, and Pack away.

My most recent addition to my Vlogging gear is the Moza Mini P 3 axis gimbal stabilizer ( https://amzn.to/2Wbpaza ) . My video shows how to setup, disassemble, and use the Moza Mini-P gimbal.

The Moza Mini-P is very advanced and but simple to use for action cameras, small mirrorless cameras, smartphones, and small camcorders. It can handle cameras up to 900 g (1.9 pounds) in weight. For my larger cell phone i used a Ulanzi metal cell phone holder: https://amzn.to/2O1wXzk

Setting up the Moza Mini-P had a difficult learning curve as the included instructions are printed so small its difficult to read. I relied on Youtube videos to learn how to calibrate the gimbal, but found it easier just trying it out. The setup was difficult the first time and took me about 10 minutes at first, not it takes me about 3 minutes to setup and calibrate.

I have been using it for over 2 weeks and on average use it for about 6 to 9 hours at a time, basically a day’s worth of video work – on and off. It is rated for 20 hours of and has a USB – C port for charging.

The Moza Mini P can be controlled with the Moza app to control special movement features, remote control of select compact cameras, and object tracking. For my purposes, I am using the Moza Mini P for smoother video footage during my travels and for product photography. So I will probably not use the special features until later. The gimbal stabilization works very well on my non-stabilized cameras and smartphones and has been reliable.

I comes with a nice foam case, however the gimbal, when folded down can be locked and placed in a smaller bag. I normally travel light and will wrap the camera and gimbal in a microfiber towel in my messenger bag when not in use. When transporting, it will fully disassemble and place it in its custom foam box.

Overall, this is the perfect addition to a vlogger’s toolbox for creating better video with lest post-production work. Especially, they are seriously considering vlogging and video work.

Why my Honda Tire Compressor Kinda Sucks … my work around.

I really dislike my 2018 Honda Clarity included emergency tire infiltrator. I tried used it for the first time last week to inflate my tires to back to 36 PSI, but it loses about 5 PSI or more when unscrewing the adapter. There are other 12 volt compact car air compressors online ( https://amzn.to/2URtUZY ) that do not have the long screw on adapter. Btw, my Youtube vlogs and reviews may also have associated affiliate links to products that may earn from qualifying purchases.

Most of the time, I use a  battery operated combination car jumper air compressor ( https://amzn.to/2JqPqz8 ) that keep charged in and use in the garage and have in my trunk during biking trips. I also use it for a 12 volt power supply.

The problem with the Honda emergency tire repair sealant and air compressor is the long tire adapter. The length and time to unscrew the adapter lose about 5 PSI or more. That means i need to inflate my tires to about 41 or 42 PSI to have enough for the recommended 36 PSI. I do like the lighted gauge and that its accurate when checked with my digital air pressure gauge ( https://amzn.to/2UprO4e ).

Sure its meant for emergencies, but i use my 2017 Chevy Volt tire air compressor with tire sealant all the time during my road trips. It doesn’t have this issue. I am not going to modify the air compressor but I will note that I need to inflate the tires to 42 PSI to end up with 36 PSI. I hope this helps other Honda owners with the emergency air compressor kit.
