Costco! Jetson Adventure Electric Bike! $999!!!

Sweet! Costco has another electric bike on sale: Jetson Adventure Electric bike!  Its a 250 watt hub drive 21 speed electric bike with built in batteries. There are other Jetson electric bikes online: https://amzn.to/2NWMECL 

Overall I like the bike design but there are a few points that stand out:
Pro:
1. Hidden battery pack makes it look like a normal bike
2. Aluminum Frame is lightweight overall the bike is 42 lbs (not too bad for an entry level electric bike.
3. Shimano 21 speed components (will last a long time and works)
4. Big computer display

Cons:
1. Battery pack is not removable, so it will be hard to charge your bike at work if they dont allow bikes in the building.
2. 250watt hub motor may not be enough power
3. Max speed is 20mph electric assist.
4. Only one bottle cage mount
5. No mounts for rear rack (come on people will be using this for commuting they need to add a rack)

Deep Tissue Foam Rollers! 13 and 36 inch Quick Review!

So I am doing more hiking and fitness stuff and need to get my muscles massaged after the workout. I bought two body muscle rollers online: 36 inch High Density Body Roller:  https://amzn.to/2NaLy5l This was the Amazon Basics special. Its large for a whole body roll after a workout. The foam is hard and is able to help roll out muscle aches and the back. 

I also got a cover for this large roller so i can keep it clean and so i can wash my cover after my workout massage.

This is very useful for the calves and localize massaging.
