Review: Bar Bell Weight Plates and Quick Release Clamps!

I wanted to start getting muscle tone and building muscles so I got some simple adjustable BarBell Weight Plates (https://amzn.to/3S8vbro ) in 10 lb, 7.5 lb, and 5lb increments. I also go these super convenient bar quick release barbell weight clamps ( https://amzn.to/3qJn2hh ) that allows me to quick adjust the weights faster than unscrewing the traditional lock nuts.

REVIEW: OYO NOVA Personal Gym and TAC bag – 40lb of Resistance – 2.5lb Lightweight.

I wanted to work at home and got a OYO Nova Personal Gym (https://amzn.to/3wxWtzn ). Its a space-aged super light weight and compact resistance exercise machine that only weighs 2.5 lbs, and has 40LBs of adjustable resistance.

The OYO Nova Personal Gym ( https://amzn.to/3wxWtzn ) is very cool looking and comes with 4 Spiraflex resistance units. Each 10 lb unit pancake over one another to add up to 40lb of resistance. After a week of use I found the Spiraflex units difficult to remove at times.

The OYO Nova Personal Gym ( https://amzn.to/3wxWtzn ) is foldable to be very compact. I bought the accessory bag for the OYO TAC bag ( https://amzn.to/3wykF4T ) to carry my OYO Nova. It has pockets for the resistance units, a back pocket for large cell phones or wallet, and sling to wear as a cross body or as a back pack.

PROS:
Compact and only weighs 2.5 lbs
Many fitness exercises can be done with this home gym
Adjustable resistance up to 40 lbs
Low noise
Improved handles

CONS:
Spiraflex units are sometimes hard to remove.
TAC Bag sling front bags for resistance units fit but are tight fitting.
Kinda pricey at $200 and the $40 Tac bag ( https://amzn.to/3wykF4T )

Overall, I love working out and getting fit. OYO Nova Personal Gym ( https://amzn.to/3wxWtzn ) is a good value for an all in one gym for the on the go. It works on all muscle groups. Compact and can be easily stored away.
