I ordered a new OEM Honda Clarity DRL from my dealership. it was about $600 new.

Final thoughts overall its pretty simple to buy the replacment Honda DRL and replace the unit. As it tied to the same fuse as the HVAC system of the care impacting Air Conditioning and defrosting. Or just bring it to a machanic or car shop to fix it. its can probably to be done in 1 hour or so by a professional.
