REVIEW: NOVOO 148wh Power Station! w/ 100W AC Inverter and 60W USB C PD output!

I just got this NOVOO 148wh Power Station ( https://amzn.to/3IaWQnO ). I already own a Jackery Explorer 240 – Power Station ( https://amzn.to/3DVeKHW ) which I use every other day to work on my laptop in my car, or to play my Xbox in my car when I am waiting or parking. However, I wanted something smaller and easier to hide in my car. so I got this Novoo 148 Wh Power Station and will be doing a review on it.

Why:
The NOVOO 148wh Power Station ( https://amzn.to/3IaWQnO ) is about half the physical size of Jackery Explorer 240. So I can hide this under my car seat when not in use. I realize that i only need about 1 hour of time on my laptop so the 100W AC inverter lasted about 1.5+hours for my low powered work laptop. It also has a flash light if I needed this for an emergency light. The USB ports and USB C with PD super fast charging was also great.

Charging:
It charges by the provided 15v AC adaptor or by USB C charging. This is my most liked feature from this powerstation as I have a Spigen [GaN Fast] 45W Super Fast Charger ( https://amzn.to/3yenozP ) it works really well with this unit.

Overall, NOVOO 148wh Power Station ( https://amzn.to/3IaWQnO ) will stay in my car for working for under 2 hours of work or play. The Jackery Explorer 240 – Power Station ( https://amzn.to/3DVeKHW ) will be used for situations needing a 200W AC inverter or if i plan to play or work for over 2 hours.

HOW TO: Extend Rear Pant Pockets Using a Sewing Machine.

We are going to extend the length of rear pant pockets in this video. New large cell phones no longer fit inside a standard rear pant pocket without sticking out. Womans pant pockets are even smaller! My mom and I will be using my Brother CS7000i Sewing Machine (https://amzn.to/3E7TWfQ ).

Costco has the Weatherproof Vintage Weather-Flex Pants ( https://amzn.to/3QwggqR ) which I loved the fit and stretch. So I bought 5 pairs with a longer length to use the extra length material to extend the rear pockets.

We used about 3 inches to extend 1.5 inches of the rear pocket.
You will need a sewing machine, we use a Brother CS7000i Sewing Machine (https://amzn.to/3E7TWfQ ) for 90% of all our sewing. You will also need a dethreader or thread ripper. Previously we made a How to hem your pants video. I really love my Brother CS7000i Sewing Machine (https://amzn.to/3E7TWfQ ). I use it much more than my Singer 4322 Heavy Duty Sewing Machine ( https://amzn.to/3C8Xjmw ) which we use for heavy materials.

  1. After dethreading inch of the rear pocket, you also need to dethread the hem of the pocket. Be sure to remove all the loose thread.
  2. We measured and cut about 3 inches of material off the leg length
  3. The extension piece was cut to the shape of the pocket to continue the pattern.
  4. We attached the extension onto the rear pocket
  5. We then sewed the the sides and reinforced edge of the pocket.
  6. we finished with heming the pant legs.

Overall I love my new new pants with extended rear pockets, my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra actually confidently fits in the pocket.

REVIEW: Lithium Ion Ratcheting Wrench – 3/8 Drive – 12V – 46 ft/lb

I got this Lithium Ion Ratchet Wrench ( https://amzn.to/3xiQXkt ) so I can save time over my hand ratchet wrench when working on my cars. There are other lithium Ion ratchet wrenches online (https://amzn.to/3MlV8jK ).

I have an angle drill but some bolt are too tight or cramp to reach. A lithium ion ratchet wrench (https://amzn.to/3MlV8jK ) was better for cramp spaces. It also saves time and my wrists from getting tired. The torque is also greater than my angle drill to remove the tough screws.

I like the LED light and the variable speed drive and control. I typically open or break a bolt by hand, then use a power tools to remove. When screwing bolts in, I start by hand, then use the power tool for driving, and finalize tightening by hand and torque wrench.

Charging took about 1 hour, and it came with two batteries included with this kit Lithium Ion Ratchet Wrench ( https://amzn.to/3xiQXkt ). The other socket accessories are just value adds, i really just needed the wrench and batteries and charger. Overall this is a time saving and useful tool to have.
