REVIEW: TENS Unit Electronic Pulse Massager – 2 Years Later …

I bought this TENS Electronic Pulse Unit ( https://amzn.to/3zsoS9e ) about 2 years ago and have been using it with my family for muscle aches and tight muscles. This is my 2 year review. We bought a extra larger Reusable Replacement Electrode Patches ( https://amzn.to/2WuDF4A ) to keep them personalized per family member use. We share the use of the TENS unit.

The good thing about this TENS unit electronic pulse massagers it that they are very portable, uses 4 AAA batteries that has lasted over 1 year, and the design has not changed in over 4 years.

It has built in timers and programs for different muscle group massages. You can also change the intensity and time of the programing or set custom rates. Its easier if you have someone assist you in putting it on, however over time you can do it yourself with practice.

Its reliable and simple with 4 electronic pads using 2 pairs of cables. The reusable Electrode Patches ( https://amzn.to/2WuDF4A ) get weaker after about 2 years, as the adhesive becomes less tacky. You should always keep the patches on their plastic sheet and inside a sealed bag when in storage to prolong the life of the tacky adhesive.

Overall this TENS Electronic Pulse Unit ( https://amzn.to/3zsoS9e ) is a very good value for after workouts and tight muscles.

REVIEW: Costco CONAIR Turbo EXTREME Hand Held Steamer – 4 YEARS LATER…

I have been using my Conair Extreme Turbo Hand Held Steamer ( https://amzn.to/2TWJO8L ) since 2017 to steam my dress shirts and curtains of winkles. This is a long term review. There are other hand held steamers online https://amzn.to/3xB5wxF

If you got new curtains, it probably got winkles and creases right out of the package. Here is how to remove fabric wrinkles fast and easy.

I got some new patterned curtains and right out of the package it has major fold creases and wrinkles. It only takes a few minutes to remove the wrinkles using my Conair Extreme Turbo Hand Held Steamer ( https://amzn.to/2TWJO8L ) as it heats up in under a minute and with one or two passes, the steam loosens the fabric memory to remove the wrinkles and creases.

With a step ladder ( https://amzn.to/3k0K15z ) i was able to quickly remove and iron out all the wrinkles off the curtain in minutes.

I also used this with my new patterned curtains from Costco, as well as NiceTown NICETOWN Thermal Insulated Grommet Blackout Curtains( https://amzn.to/3hhIMgp ), and my Costco Sun+BLK worked very well. Full review here ( https://youtu.be/ojkmjxiQrec ).

Overall for the price it was worth it to have a hand steamer to use for curtains and clothing. Its easy to setup and put away and does not take up a lot of room.

REVIEW: NICETOWN Thermal Insulated Blackout Curtains

I got some Amazon – NiceTown NICETOWN Thermal Insulated Grommet Blackout Curtains( https://amzn.to/3hhIMgp ) for about $25 per set. I wanted to try out more types of curtains for my room to lower noise level. These were noise and black out curtains and seem to fit the bill.

I tested these curtains and found that it is not 100% blackout from light. Using a flash light was able to penetrate the white grey curtain. The dark blue curtain had more light blocking. Nicetown also carries a 100% black out curtain ( https://amzn.to/3ywxZF2 ) which has a second black out layer. If you need an absolute no light window covering, go for curtains with a 2nd black out layer.

The ones from Costco Sun+BLK worked very well . They look very similar but have 3 layers including a white backing layer. They are completely opaque, absorbs sound, and are very light weight. I highly recommend them.

The curtains came in solid colors and were 84 inches in length. I got sevarl the 42 inch panels to cover my room. The fabric is thick enough to lower noise levels to absorb sound.

Overall for the price it was worth it to have another setup of insulated curtains. But if you want fill light blocking get a 2 or 3 layer 100% light blocking window curtain.
