REVIEW: Black & Decker – Toaster Oven – 10+ YEARS LATER…

I love to my Black & Decker Toaster Oven ( https://amzn.to/3Ipsdee ) it has lasted me through college and still works today. Recently I needed a larger oven to cook for my family like for pizza. I got a Oster Air Fryer Counter Top Toaster Convection oven (
https://amzn.to/3F0m858 ) for that reason.

However, the Black & Decker Toaster Oven ( https://amzn.to/3Ipsdee ) is great for fitting 4 slices of bread for toast, bake cakes, cookies, and meat roast and steaks. I can broil at 450 degrees. I can also fit other baking items. For college, small family, or single living this is great. It heats quickly and cookies effectively and evenly.

REVIEW: Costco VICKS No Touch 3-in-1 Thermometer – Fast & Easy to use! Can read Forehead & Surface

I was at Costco and got a VICKS No Touch 3-in-1 Thermometer ( https://amzn.to/3o1UsqQ ) to to get check the temperature of my siblings and parents. This was at Costco for about $20. I bought It also can check surface temperature readings. There are other non-contact infrared forehead thermometers ( https://amzn.to/3xypc6k ) online.

  • Can read Forehead temp and Surface Temp ( up to 212 F)
  • Bright Color LCD – Shows temp warnings in Green, Yellow, and Red based on body temperature/
  • Has audible beeps for over temperature.
  • Memory function


VICKS No Touch 3-in-1 Thermometer ( https://amzn.to/3o1UsqQ )
CONS:

  • Temperature range limitations for Surface temp up to 32- 212 degrees F. If it can go higher and lower, then this can be useful to measure other objects.

Overall VICKS No Touch 3-in-1 Thermometer ( https://amzn.to/3o1UsqQ ) is a fast and easy to use thermometer for the house with many pros and very little cons. For cooking or hobby work, I would get a infrared laser thermometer ( https://amzn.to/311Qean ) with greater range.

The cats used to scratch the couch leg as it resembled a scratching post. By getting a round scratching ball they tend to avoid the area all together. They dont scratch the ball or the couch anymore. Perhaps its the shape?

We leave Cat Scratching BALL ( https://amzn.to/3riAsmd ) next to the couch and it deters them from scratching the couch. We are keeping it cuz it seems to be working for the past 2 months. The cats still use other scratching posts, just not this ball or the couch. Overall its a success!

Overall its looks modern and deters the cats so we are keeping it. Even if they don’t play with it.
