Review: Crucial X6 1TB Portable SSD – Tiny Drive, Fast transfers (Up to 540 MB/S)

I just got the Crucial X6 1TB Portable SSD ( https://amzn.to/3aJFzDl ). Its a tiny drive with fast data transfers (Up to 540 MB/S) and is perfect for On-The-Go (OTG) storage device. I bought mine for about $100 for 1 TB of space, there are other brands online like Sandisk and Samsung that offer faster transfer rates and capacities ( https://amzn.to/3ptsjqR ) however Crucial priced their portable SSD at $20-30 cheaper than the competition.

In this video i will do a quick unboxing and review of the Crucial X6 1TB Portable SSD and its transfer speeds. I was able to transfer about 3 gigs off my Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra ( https://amzn.to/2JlfxLF ) internal storage in less than 10 seconds. I then transferred about 30 GB of data off the SanDisk 512GB Extreme microSDXC ( https://amzn.to/2JkOgcd ) that was in my Samsung Note20 in about 6 minutes.

The case does get warm when transferring data. The transfer speeds are fast for most applications to quickly backup your smartphone in minutes as well as play videos that are stored on the external drive to watch on the go and not clutter up your phone’s memory space.

The case is really small and is made of plastic. It has no indicator lights that its reading or writing. There is one USB C port that can be directly connected to your Windows, Apple OS, or Android OS. Once connected to my Samsung Note20, it formats the drive to prep it for use.

Overall its a terrific value for the price.

REVIEW: MOZA Mini P Gimbal 3 Axis Stabilizer – How to Setup and Calibrate, Use, and Pack away.

My most recent addition to my Vlogging gear is the Moza Mini P 3 axis gimbal stabilizer ( https://amzn.to/2Wbpaza ) . My video shows how to setup, disassemble, and use the Moza Mini-P gimbal.

The Moza Mini-P is very advanced and but simple to use for action cameras, small mirrorless cameras, smartphones, and small camcorders. It can handle cameras up to 900 g (1.9 pounds) in weight. For my larger cell phone i used a Ulanzi metal cell phone holder: https://amzn.to/2O1wXzk

Setting up the Moza Mini-P had a difficult learning curve as the included instructions are printed so small its difficult to read. I relied on Youtube videos to learn how to calibrate the gimbal, but found it easier just trying it out. The setup was difficult the first time and took me about 10 minutes at first, not it takes me about 3 minutes to setup and calibrate.

I have been using it for over 2 weeks and on average use it for about 6 to 9 hours at a time, basically a day’s worth of video work – on and off. It is rated for 20 hours of and has a USB – C port for charging.

The Moza Mini P can be controlled with the Moza app to control special movement features, remote control of select compact cameras, and object tracking. For my purposes, I am using the Moza Mini P for smoother video footage during my travels and for product photography. So I will probably not use the special features until later. The gimbal stabilization works very well on my non-stabilized cameras and smartphones and has been reliable.

I comes with a nice foam case, however the gimbal, when folded down can be locked and placed in a smaller bag. I normally travel light and will wrap the camera and gimbal in a microfiber towel in my messenger bag when not in use. When transporting, it will fully disassemble and place it in its custom foam box.

Overall, this is the perfect addition to a vlogger’s toolbox for creating better video with lest post-production work. Especially, they are seriously considering vlogging and video work.

REVIEW: 26,800 mAh PowerBank – OLD (Miady PD Powerbank ) vs New (ultra compact Power bank)

This is a long term review and unboxing of my 26,800 mAh PowerBanks i own.
OLD vs New comparison. I have the Miady 26800 mah portable PD power bank ( https://amzn.to/37v2bWf ) for over 1.5 years and now its holds only about 50% of charge. My new IEsafy 26800mAh Portable Power Bank ( https://amzn.to/3nvekQx ) is a lot smaller lighter and holds the same charge. There are other 26,800 USB C PD chargers online ( https://amzn.to/3p4Cdig ) .

I have the Miady 26800 mah portable PD power bank ( https://amzn.to/37v2bWf ) for over 1.5 years and now its holds only about 50% of charge. It is able to PD fast charge smartphones and other devices very quickly. It also allow combined charging from USB C and Mint USB to fast charge the powerbank in 6 hours vs 8-10 hour for typical charge times with other 26,800 mAh power banks.

My new IEsafy 26800mAh Portable Power Bank ( https://amzn.to/3nvekQx ) is a lot smaller lighter and holds the same charge. It takes about 8 – 9 hours to fully charge, and does not have dual charging. It does have USB C and micro USB input charging but does not have USB C device charging. ITs max output from the two USB A ports is 5 V 2.1A. Its size is about 30% smaller than the Miady.
