Costco DURACELL 600 Lumen LED Worklight – 3 Pack – $19

Costco has DURACELL 600 Lumen LED Worklight in a 3 Pack for $19. There are similar and more powerful battery powered LED worklights online ( https://amzn.to/2YV8wG6 ).

These have an output of 600 lumens as well as emergency flash modes that last for hours. They each run on 3 AA batteries that are included. These Duracell battery operated worklights are more powerful than my previous 500 lumen CAT work lights from last year . Unboxing and review here .

Weather Proofing my indoor BR30 flood lights with Flex Seal! (Experiment)

I wanted to use my indoor BR30 flood lights out doors by weather proof with Flex Seal! This is an experiment so DO NOT do this at home. Better to go buy some outdoor flood lights like PAR38 ( https://amzn.to/2QiQKHr ).

I am doing this because Ibought too many BR30 lights and a got a few cans of Flex Seal ( https://amzn.to/2QmlIhI ) to play with. I also needed lighting in my back year in a covered patio that is outdoor but covered under the eaves of the roof. I tried this before with Plastidip in my other video: https://youtu.be/GbD2Y97QlHQ and it still working.

Plastidip Spray Rubber: https://amzn.to/2Znz8ON

The FlexSeal clear rubber spray is very thick. Its much thicker and more permanent than Plastidip. One coat added about 1 mm or more of rubber to the base of the light bulb. So this was very quick and did not need multiple coats I had a box full of BR30 bulbs and decided i only need 2 bulbs to play with now. Overall this video was to compare Flexseal clear rubber spray with Plastidip clear rubber spray. Don’t expect to remove the FlexSeal rubber, its meant to be permanent, unlike Plastidip that was meant to be removed if needed. I tried this before with Plastidip in my other video: https://youtu.be/GbD2Y97QlHQ and it still working.

Costco! Home Zone LED Security Light (wired) $49!!!

Costco has a new wired security light! Home Zone LED motion activated security Light for $49! There are similar ones online: https://amzn.to/2DAIZqR . The display was pretty bright (2600 lumens). Being wired doesnt have the limitations of solar battery security lights, however you will need to run wiring and a J -box for mounting.

They do have the Solar Force light as well at Costco. Which is more convenient to add light in places were you don’t have wiring costs. It does run on rechargeable batteries and have a run time of about 1 hour. Similar solar security lights online for more: https://amzn.to/2KVFgu3
