Review: CHEAPEST Universal Pistol Holster on Amazon.

I needed a holster for my air soft and other pistols and bought the CHEAPEST on Amazon ( https://amzn.to/38FJzmz ). I have been using it for over 2 weeks and bought 2 to use. Here is my quick unboxing and review of this holster:

Pros:
• Lightweight to fit most small pistols
• Ambidextrous and can be used right or left handed with the belt clip mounts on both sides.
• Adjustable Holster Straps are included in two lengths. It is made of elastic material with ends that snaps on to the holster. It holds the pistol in place. With the stretch of the elastic material I am not sure how durable it will last.
• OK quality for the price. Especially if you need it for temporary use at the range.

CONS:
• Belt clip elastic material is too loose on my belt, and my pistol sags.
• Unknown durability on the elastic materials on both the belt clip and holster strap.
• Cut to fit larger pistols, but still much larger revolvers or large air soft pistols.

Overall, it’s a terrific value and universal fit most pistols. The holster elastic bands are the main negative of this holster as there is play from the holster to belt. If you just need a temporary holster this would be fine.

There are several improvements to the 2017 – 2018 versions I bought and reviewed. I bought the 2017 version of the Type S Solar HD Wireless Car Backup Cam for $124! Here is the install and review video ( https://youtu.be/SP5ifKcy7Vk ). It has lasted past 3 years with occasional charging. I normally park outdoors in full sun. This is a good kit if you don’t want to splice wires and just want a plug and play solution. There are other wireless backup cameras which use 12 volt power from a reverse light ( https://amzn.to/2OdiudB ), but this unit makes it even simpler for the DIYer!

The 2020 TypeS Solar Wireless Backup Cam uses two solar panels on each side of the license plate to power the camera! It has a battery and solar panel built in to the license plate! From the specifications, they now have a 5000 mah battery, which is larger than my 3350 mah battery in the 2017 version. The camera is also off center on the frame. The new version also is able to use two cameras for the front and back view. According to the box, they assume you will leave your car charging in the sun for at least 2 hours a day, and using the backup camera for less than 10 times.

The installation instructions are virtually the same as my 2017 version and will probably take about 10 minutes to install. The backup camera kit is activated by waving your hand at the monitor , touch screen, and by g-sensor (car movement) to wake up the camera.

Costco has INSTANT POT 6 QT DUO ( https://amzn.to/30g1oVj ) for $79 and TIGER 5.5 Cup Rice Cooker ( https://amzn.to/3i8yL2p ) for $89. Both of these are very useful kitchen appliances. They make good college and back to school gear to cook with. They are also great gift ideas for Christmas or cooking for family holiday get togethers.

The Instant Pot 6 QT DUO is a 9 in one appliance due to its pressure cooking, rice cooker, saute, slow cooker, yogurt maker and other programable settings. The TIGER Rice cooker is a smart rice cooker that has a tray to cook other meals long with rice. I still have and use my college rice cooker to make rice and dinner in one appliance.
