Why I’m Hooked

Let me tell you, Bissell Crosswave Pet Pro is a game-changer, especially if you have tile or laminate floors. It’s incredibly convenient because it sprays the cleaning solution and sucks up the dirty water all at once. No more lugging around a heavy bucket and mop! It makes cleaning so much faster and easier.

  • You can switch between settings for rugs and hard floors with a simple touch.

My Cleaning Routine

I’ve found that using about half a tank of water and a bit of cleaning solution is perfect for tackling multiple rooms. The dirty water goes into a separate tank, which is super easy to empty and rinse.

The Secret to Longevity: Maintenance!

After two years, I can’t stress this enough: you MUST clean the Bissell Crosswave Pet Pro after every use! It does have a self-cleaning base, which is nice, but I prefer to give it a more thorough cleaning with my garden hose. This is especially important if you have pets. Trust me, you’ll want to get all that hair and debris out of the machine, especially from the roller and inside the collection tank. I also rinse the filter and other parts with the hose. It might sound like a lot, but it’s worth it to keep this machine running smoothly.

A Little Wear and Tear

After two years, the Bissell Crosswave Pet Pro roller does show some wear, but it still works great. There’s also a “nubby thing” (I think it’s part of the brush roll) that’s starting to wear down, so I might need to replace that soon.

My Verdict: Bissell Crosswave Pet Pro Worth the Hype!

Even with the need for regular cleaning, the Bissell Crosswave Pet Pro has been a worthwhile investment. It saves me so much time and effort compared to traditional mopping and sweeping. It’s made my life easier, and I’m still thrilled with its performance after two years. If you’re looking for a convenient and effective way to keep your floors sparkling, I highly recommend giving this a try!

HOW TO: Disable Panasonic Microwave Automatic Door Lock.

Sterling W. here, and today I want to share a little revelation that has made my daily kitchen routine just a touch smoother. I recently welcomed a fantastic new Panasonic microwave into my home. It’s powerful, looks sleek, and truly heats things up wonderfully, but there was one small feature that, honestly, had me scratching my head at first: the automatic door lock.

My Little Microwave Mystery (and How I Solved It!)

You see, every time I’d finish cooking something, or even just pause to check on my food, thefor Panasonic Microwave door would lock. A little lock symbol would pop up, and I couldn’t just open it right away. I’d have to press a specific “door lock” button, and then wait for a little countdown before I could actually get in. It wasn’t a huge deal, but when you’re in the middle of preparing a meal, those few extra seconds can feel like an eternity, especially if you’re just trying to give something a quick stir!

I thought, “There has to be a way to disable this!” And happily, I found it. It’s actually surprisingly simple, and I’m so excited to share this little trick with you all!

Here’s How I Turned Off That Automatic Lock ( for Panasonic Microwaves):

  1. First things first, make sure your microwave door is closed.
  2. Then, I pressed the ‘Turbo Defrost’ button.
  3. Next up, the ‘Timer Clock’ button.
  4. And finally, I pressed the ‘Popcorn’ button.

Just like magic, the display on my microwave immediately showed ‘OFF’. And voilà! The automatic lock was disabled. Now, when I start the microwave and then stop it, the display goes right back to the timer, and I can open the door immediately without any waiting. It’s truly so much more convenient and makes cooking just that much more enjoyable!

Want to Turn the Lock Back On? (Just in Case!) for Panasonic Microwaves

Of course, sometimes you might want that child safety lock feature, especially if you have little ones running around. The great news is that if you ever need to reactivate it, the process is exactly the same:

  1. Close the door.
  2. Press ‘Turbo Defrost’.
  3. Press ‘Timer Clock’.
  4. Press ‘Popcorn’.

The display will then show ‘ON’, letting you know the lock is active again. I even tested it just to be sure, and yep, it locked right back up. So, if you ever change your mind, you can just repeat the simple sequence to switch it back to ‘OFF’.

This little discovery really made my new Panasonic microwave feel perfectly tailored for me. It’s wonderful that they include such a thoughtful safety feature, but I’m truly thrilled there’s such an easy way to customize it to fit my own flow in the kitchen!

As someone who spends a lot of time in the kitchen, I’m always looking for good quality kitchen towels. I recently came across the Zeppoli Classic Kitchen Towels, and I wanted to share my thoughts.

First off, I noticed the herringbone design. Apparently, this is supposed to help them soak up more water [00:10]. And they really do! Zeppoli Classic Kitchen Towels are also quick-drying, which is a huge plus, and they don’t leave any lint behind. I also appreciate that they won’t scratch my dishes or pans [00:06].

These Zeppoli Classic Kitchen Towels are pretty big, 14 by 25 inches each [00:33]. You could even fold them up and use them as placemats if you wanted to. I’m actually thinking of cutting some of mine into smaller pieces to use as dishcloths because they’re so absorbent [00:50].

Cleaning the Zeppoli Classic Kitchen Towels is easy too. Just toss them in the washing machine and then the dryer. You can even use bleach if you need to [01:12].

What I really like is how well they absorb water. I might even be able to use fewer paper towels now [01:23, 01:44]. Plus, they don’t shrink in the wash, and they don’t take up a lot of space [01:33].

Overall, I’m really happy with the Zeppoli Classic Kitchen Towels. They’re absorbent, durable, and easy to care for. I would definitely recommend them!
