Simply wash your face, remove the nose strip from the package with dry hands, wet your nose, apply to nose, wait 15 minutes to completely dry, then slowly peel from the edges to the center of the nose.
The black heads attach to the Bioré Pore Strips ( https://amzn.to/3G18P4W ) and gets pulled out of the skin. It is VERY satisfying as you can see new oil come out of the unclogged pores. I use the nose pore strips once a week to keep my oily skin pores unclogged and clean.
