2020 STERLING LUNCH BIKE FITNESS ROUTINE
This is how I get exercise during lunch time at work in southern California.
This video is a brief tour of the bike route I take and the sights i see during my lunch ride.

I love taking my fun bikes out during lunch. One is my Jetson Bolt Pro e-bike and the second is the Northrock XC00 fat tire bike. Both are very fun to ride for different reasons.

I bought my NorthRock XC00 FAT TIRE BIKE $299 at Costco in 2017 and it was awesome light weight Aluminium Fat Tire bike. Amazon has a similar selection but is pricer: https://amzn.to/2J6gYYA . Newer versions of this bike had the cable and color upgrades (Gray Orange), cable runs (JagWire Cables – https://amzn.to/2JWrumv ) and a new headset stem that seems difference from the 2017 version (https://wp.me/p9dbox-bJ) . Same weight and other components all around.

I can feel how this can be a lot more comfortable and supportive than just sitting on cold metal or wood bleachers! The folding frame makes it easy to store and handle.

Costco! Tramontina PROLine Grilling Pan – Cutting Board (3 pc) – Business Costco!

I love visiting Business Costcos as they offer professional cooking gear for restaurant businesses. They had this interesting non-stick grill pan Tramontina PROLine Grilling Pan ($14) that was really well built and lightweight.
