Its more for a flush mount light panel for the garage, kitchen, or game room. This panel is a fixture mount has a 3700 lumen output, 4000k light color, and uses 46 watts of energy. The panel is dimmable and has a 50,000 hour bulb life . Designed for installation on dry wall and regular electric junction boxes it has a mounting plate.
