This 14.5 cubic foot freezer is very large at roughly 60 inches wide, 29 inches deep, and 32 inches tall. The defroster is manual. Thermostat and drainage is in the front of the chest. I has an LED lamp in the freezer. This is something for a business or garage to keep a lot of food cold.

For this 2020 version, they changed the glass table to have a rounded curved table for the user seating position. Other features include wireless charging, 2 USB 2.4A chargers, white glass top, gray motorized base table, and a slide out drawer. The curved glass and drawer and wireless charging is new for compared to the last year model.

2020 STERLING LUNCH BIKE FITNESS ROUTINE
This is how I get exercise during lunch time at work in southern California.
This video is a brief tour of the bike route I take and the sights i see during my lunch ride.

I love taking my fun bikes out during lunch. One is my Jetson Bolt Pro e-bike and the second is the Northrock XC00 fat tire bike. Both are very fun to ride for different reasons.

I bought my NorthRock XC00 FAT TIRE BIKE $299 at Costco in 2017 and it was awesome light weight Aluminium Fat Tire bike. Amazon has a similar selection but is pricer: https://amzn.to/2J6gYYA . Newer versions of this bike had the cable and color upgrades (Gray Orange), cable runs (JagWire Cables – https://amzn.to/2JWrumv ) and a new headset stem that seems difference from the 2017 version (https://wp.me/p9dbox-bJ) . Same weight and other components all around.
