The FILA hiking shoes I purchased last year is still good, however I only used it as a casual hiking, walking, and shopping shoes, however they have wore more quickly than may Sketchers hiking shoes. I think its because of the soft light weight materials. In any case these $20 shoes are a good value if you plan to switch them our every 8 months to 1.5 years of use.
