I bought Samsonite 1910 Series – 21 inch Spinner  more than 10 years ago from Costco. It was a Samsonite 3 pack with a 28 inch, 21 inch, and 13 inch  luggage set for $150.  I used the 21 inch all over the world  for the past 10 years.  Other than damage to the spinner wheels, which was salvaged from my 28 inch case, this Samsonite 1910 has been great!  I will be searching for a new luggage set from Costco soon as a backup.  Amazon has current Samsonite 21 inch spinners : https://amzn.to/2kGG5qD
