Costco! – Lasko Elite Collection Ceramic Utility Heater $49

I was looking for one for my garage and under desk work area at night. I like the overall shape and design and replaceable air filter that can be taken out and cleaned. It has a 1500 watt rated heater, Digital Thermostat with 3 Settings, and a 8-hour Auto-off Timer. There is also a Tip-over Safety Switch, angling feet, and Easy Clean Filter.

My space heater I have been using has to be taken apart to be cleaned out of all the dust that accumulates. I will probably make a video on how to maintain space heaters in the future so stay tuned.

Costco! ( 干 海参 ) Dried Atlantic Sea Cucumbers – 1 lb – $44.99 – UNBOXING 乾 海參

Costco has Dried Atlantic Sea Cucumbers for $44.99 a pound. I bought a bag to try out. There are similar dried sea cucumbers sold online: https://amzn.to/2S2G8xt . The cost vary from $50 to $100 a pound. Really expensive dried seafood.

I only tried this in Chinese seafood restaurants and seen frozen and dried versions in Chinese and Asian Supermarkets. In the video you can see the dried sea cucumbers are about 2.5 to 3 inches in length dehydrated. After soaking it for a few days we will compare the size. At $45 a pound I want to try this out at home.

How to cook Dried Sea Cucumber.
The instructions to cook this is was simple enough as follows:

  1. Soak for 3-4 days in cold water in the refrigeration.
  2. Replace the water every day.
  3. Cook in boiling water for 30 minutes until soft.

So I am going to try it and do a review of the process and flavor in a few days. So stay tuned.

REVIEW Costco! Bare Baked Crunchy Apple Chips ORGANIC 14 oz – $6.89 / Bag

I recently bought a bag of the Costco BARE Baked Organic Crunchy Apple Chips in a 14 oz bag for $6.89. It was crunch sweet and very tasty snacking with out all the oil of potato chips! I finished my first bag and bought about 3 more bags today. So fun to eat and high in fiber. It is currently on sale for $6.89 normally it costs about $9 a bag.
