REVIEW: Costco CeraVe Moisturizing Cream – My Routine for DRY SKIN.

Costco has CeraVe Moisturizing Cream, its also sold on Amazon ( https://amzn.to/3vzkUJd ) . I have been using this for over 12 months to keep my hands, face, and skin moisturized while working a home in front of the AC unit or space heater during the hot and cold months.

I basically use a thin layer of CeraVe Moisturizing Cream https://amzn.to/3vzkUJd in the morning after I shower to keep my skin moisturized throughout the day. I also use it before going to bed. Its non greasy and light so it does not stain my clothing or bedding. Its also fragrance and oil free.

It works and thats what counts. I noticed my finger tips and cuticles are no longer drying out, nor are my arms.

I started using it 3 months ago. I started with a 20 oz jar ( https://amzn.to/3vudsPl ) of unflavored powder so i can mix it with milk tea or soup to mask the natural taste of collagen. I have already used about two jars before going to Costco to buy a bigger jar.

I found that putting it in warm or hot soups or drinks is the best way to dissolve and drink powdered collagen. Cold water or drinks like orange juice doesn’t work with dissolving the powder. It also doesnt mask the unflavored taste of collagen.

I live in sunny California and normally use sun screen daily for my face and arms during my fitness routines. I typically use Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry Touch SPF 100+ (https://amzn.to/2SPvYnA ) as it is very light weight and non greasy. Its applied once in the morning and later in the after noon before my outdoor walks.

When I am at the pool or beach I have a bottle of Neutrogena Beach Defense SPF70 (https://amzn.to/3uINhEm ) . While I believe both Ultra Sheer and Beach Defense are water resistant and provide good sun and skin protection, by habit i use Beach Defense during swim events. They do not have a higher SPF rated lotion for Beach Defense so I may just use Ultra Sheer next time i am at the water.

In my video I apply it to my hands and forearms as a comparison of tonality and glossiness. The Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry Touch SPF 100+ (https://amzn.to/2SPvYnA ), is more matte, brightens my skin tone, and is overall normal looking while the Neutrogena Beach Defense SPF70 (https://amzn.to/3uINhEm ) is more glossy and makes my skin tone more golden, shiny, and tan ready.

I believe the glossiness of looks better while at the pool side, however it personal preference. I prefer the better protection and less gloss for better photos.
