Costco has the WaterRidge Two Piece  Elongated Dual Flush Toilet for $84!  Most dual flush toliets I have seen range from $150 to $300 for a toilet : https://amzn.to/2tTDTjU   For the price point this is a good bargain toilet for rental property updates. The best part is that it come with slow close seat, new wax ring and other accessories in the kit for a easy installation.

Costco has Team logo  Wagons on a sale for  $79.  These folding utility camping wagons can hold up to 100lbs and is perfect for a hauling tail gate items to fro the car.  Online these sell for about $80 to $115 from different brands : https://amzn.to/2lJogaR   These are good utility wagons for camping, going to the beach, tail gating, or just moving stuff. They save space by folding down when not in use.
