REVIEW: NERF RIVAL FINISHER XX-700 + How to fix trigger jam.

I got NERF RIVAL FINISHER XX-700 a few weeks ago to add to my Nerf Rival collection of Knockout XX100 ( https://amzn.to/2LYWHdY ) single shot blaster and the Altas XX 1200 ( https://amzn.to/3ilY6Yg ) double shot.

The beauty of the XX-700 is the ability to use Nerf Rival magazines and Nerf Rival balls . So you can replace the 7 ball magazine with a 12 ball magazine ( https://amzn.to/39ItPPk ) The blaster is very fun to use. Its a perfect add to my collection.

Reviews of the XX-700 has mentioned that it trigger locks and has ball jams. In order to clear a jam you have to press the rear RESET button and clear any balls in the barrel or breach. If the Trigger locks up, its usually fixed by pulling the top cocking handle back until it clicks and resets. Then it will release the trigger lock.

How to Clean: Vacuum Brush Roller

How to Clean: Vacuum Brush Roller for Dyson DC07 ( https://amzn.to/3sAQ7vo ) and other vacuums. We were spring cleaning and found the vacuum brush roller does not pickup any surface debris. I noticed since we are staying indoors more that the brushes were wound up with hair. So it must be maintained. This video shows you how.

We owned our Dyson DC07 ( https://amzn.to/3sAQ7vo ) for over 9 years and we normally do this maintenance every year, however this year we noticed the rollers were full of hair and the pickup and waste volume was low.

To fix this, you have to take off the lower cover of the floor roller and cut out all the hair tangled in the brushes. We used a utility knife to carefully cut the hair off the roller. You also need to dismantle the roller to get to the hair caught under the drive belt. It may take about 10-15 minutes but the difference is night and day. The with the vacuum brushes cleared it exposed the 1 centimeter of brush.

How I give my fussy cat vitamins and calorie boosters…

My 7 year old outdoor cat love trying out new food and treats but gets bored of the flavors. When my vet told me that my cat needed to gain weight, my cat was initially excited to get new treats, but his excitement quickly waned and started not to eat the cat supplements and became a fussy cat.

I found a way to mix his vitamins with his wet food in a interesting way. I bought different flavors of cat calorie booster including TOMLYN Nutri-Cal High Calorie-Nutritional Gel for Cats ( https://amzn.to/3bOon07 ) and Nutri-Vet Multi-Vite Multivitamin Paw Gel for Cats ( https://amzn.to/3bL3t28 ) to increase his body weight to prep for the cold winter months.

My cat loved the taste of the Nutri-Vet Multi-Vite Multivitamin Paw Gel for Cats ( https://amzn.to/3bL3t28 ) but hated that I dirtied his paw and fur with a gel. I was only able to do it once before he feared me coming close to him to pet him and surprise him with gel on his face or paw. So I had to figure out another way to interest him.

I bought a large variety Wellness CORE ( https://amzn.to/2LSWWYi ) high quality high protein cat food which had different unique flavors that were different from his normal daily cat food. I also bought pate texture food so it can be easily mixed.

Other pate cat food such as Whiskas pate ( https://amzn.to/3iiYxCB ) also works, however this his regular wet food so the would quickly find out and not eat the vitamins. I also rewarded him with grooming and brushing with the Furminator desheding tool for cats ( https://amzn.to/3bNngOe ) which helped him control his body temperature control and fur balls as it removed old matted dead fur.

Since the Wellness Core pate cat food was so different he did not notice the vitamin gel in his food. After about a week he was visibly more healthier and rounder – ready for the winter months ahead.
