REVIEW: Medline Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor for Travel

I recently got the Medline Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor ( https://amzn.to/3reOlOO ) so I can check my blood pressure when traveling. I needed a smaller blood pressure “bp wrist cuff” that was more portable and space saving.

I have been using my Omron blood pressure monitor ( https://amzn.to/2O62xLS ) that uses an arm cuff to measure. Its been working for years but is not convenient to travel with as its takes up too much space. I will keep it at home or when checking my parents or helping others.

The Medline Wrist Blood pressure monitor ( https://amzn.to/3reOlOO ) is very small and convenient using only 2 AAA batteries and straps to my wrist. I am not sure how accurate it is as it sometimes has extreme readings. I noticed I needed to strap it tightly to my wrist for a consistent reading. I typically run the test 3 times for consistency. It does not come with a bag, but I just wrap it in a cloth bag and it fits nicely in my luggage. Overall this is a useful tool however to travel with and is a quarter of the size of the arm unit.

I just got .a new 8 inch LED Ring Light ( https://amzn.to/3cfIO6e ) . It is dimmable and has different brightness and light temperature controls. It provide very good lighting for for Selfie, fill light, WebCam, Beauty, Vlogging and Photography as you can place your camera in the center of the ring light.

Its powered by USB so you can plug it to your USB hub or portable power bank for portable lighting. I use a 26,800 mah powerbank ( https://amzn.to/3qQxZvQ ) for powering it. The tripod, ball swivel mount, gooseneck extension are all made of metal and is pretty sturdy.

The LED Ring Light is made of plastic and has a outside diameter of 8 inches and inside diameter of 6 inch. This is perfect size for most cell phones, compact vlog cameras, webcams , DSLR camera lens and video camcorders. It can be used for macro video and photography. It is also very portable and light weight.

The Ring light has a cold shoe and 1/4 screw mount for the camera attachment. The ring light is secured on the base by a 1/4 screw mount to the ball swivel mount. I plan to use this lens ring light as is or mount it as a side accent light.

REVIEW: Homedics Shiatsu Massage Cushion w/ Heat – 8 Year Long Term Review

I bought a Homedic Shiatsu Massage Cushion ( https://amzn.to/39WW3q0 )for my home about 8 years ago. This is a long term review. I basiclly used it after work about 2 hours, about 2-3 times a week for over 8 years. It provides full back and neck kneading and Shiatsu massages. I also have a ChiroGun Deep Tissue Percussion Muscle massager ( https://amzn.to/3o9V0c0 ) for after exercise and training. For cold winter nights working, I also have a Sunbeam XL Renue ( https://amzn.to/39eqIQd ) Heating Pad for Neck & Shoulder Pain Relief.

This Homedic Shiatsu massager is made of plastic leather and mesh , after 8 years the leather piping is worn but the cushions are still intact. The mesh fabric held up well and the mechanics still supply heat and great kneading pressure. You can set the massager to give you a full back and neck and shoulder massage. You can also program it to do spot massages for local muscle knots and soreness.

Unlike Percussion Muscle massagers ( https://amzn.to/3o9V0c0 ) which makes me nauseous after 5 minutes of localized percussion pounding, you can have this work heat and kneading action for over 30 to 60 minutes to totally feel relaxed.

It straps to almost any upright chair. I use it on my office mesh task chair (https://amzn.to/2MnEAyx ). However the elastic band has gone stretched after 2 years.
Overall this has paid for its self after using it for a year let alone 8 years.
