REVIEW: Portable Resistance Band Home Gym

I wanted to work at home and got a FitIndex Portable Resistance Band Home Gym https://amzn.to/3r7vvMB . There are many similar all in one fitness portable gyms ( https://amzn.to/32vh5w1 ). I will go over the pros and cons of this unit and do an unboxing.

PROS:
Many fitness exercises can be done with this home gym
Low cost and adjustable resistance
Low noise when using the resistance bands

CONS:
Rubber feet need to be uninstalled when folding closed.
Need to step on the center of the platform. The edges do not have rubber feet and not secure.

Overall, I love working out and getting fit. FitIndex Portable Resistance Band Home Gym https://amzn.to/3r7vvMB) is a good value for an all in one gym for the home. It works on all muscle groups. Compact and can be easily stored away.

UNBOXING: GO FITNESS – Push Down Bar Machine 70LB

I wanted to work on my upper body strength without having to put weight on my joints and got a Go Fitness Push Down Bar Machine ( https://amzn.to/33KNkrB ). I will do a unboxing and initial review. I will probably make a follow up video after a few weeks.

Stuff in this video:
Go Fitness Push Down Bar Machine ( https://amzn.to/33KNkrB )

PROS:
Sturdy spring based push bar. Does not flex.
Good resistance without needing to lift weights.

CONS:
Spring and resistance is not adjustable – I have a 70 lb version and will need to buy a 90 or 110 lb version later.
Only good for the upper body muscle groups.

Overall, I love working out and getting fit. Go Fitness Push Down Bar Machine ( https://amzn.to/33KNkrB ) will be a good start to focus on developing my upper body strength.

REVIEW: Costco SHARK Cordless PET PLUS Stick Vacuum

I went to Costco and got a SHARK Cordless PET PLUS Stick Vacuum – ( https://amzn.to/3I8cuix ) for my small home and car. It is the most convenient vacuum for my home yet!

Our Dyson DC07 ( https://amzn.to/3sAQ7vo ) floor vacuum after over 18 years started to fail. So we went to and got a SHARK Cordless PET PLUS Stick Vacuum – ( https://amzn.to/3I8cuix ). We liked the light weight and convenient aspect of a cordless stick vacuum. The floor roller has flaps and not brushes to sweep the floor, so there are less hair tangles.

Pros:

  • Bag less
  • Lightweight
  • Easy to clean
  • Good suction on for both floor, and carpet with the floor roller brush.
  • Good value with accessories.

Cons:

  • Only 40 minutes of runtime with 3 hours of charging. 25-30 minutes if using Max power mode.
  • Needs a hose attachment for tight spaces.

Overall, the SHARK Cordless PET PLUS Stick Vacuum – ( https://amzn.to/3I8cuix ) is a great vacuum for the small home or apartment. You get great accessories for many cleaning situations. The suction is good for a stick vacuum. If you want a larger more powerful vacuums then get a upright.
