Wow its $2.50 a quart for full synthetic oil! Thats cheaper than Walmart Supertech and Mobil 1. Even Amazon has full synthetic motor oil : https://amzn.to/2Pkr0dc

There are so many new full synthetic motor oils on the market with smaller hybrid and turbo engines. I like that there are more competition from different brands. For me I am not brand specific. I remember paying $30- $35 for 5 quarts. 10 years later, Pennzoil, Valvoline, Castrol, Walmart SuperTech and now Costco Kirkland Signature has a Full synthetic 5w-30 motor oil selling for about $12 – $38 dollars! You can even buy it online https://amzn.to/2IC0Opk . What oil do you use, and have you used the other FULL SYNTHETIC brands or do you still use Conventional motor oil?

Costco! DURACELL 3000W INVERTER $279! – UNBOXING

I bought a DURACELL 3000 Watt power inverter (model DRINV3000 ) online from Costco.com with a $60 off instant savings. Its pretty big. With the 3000 watt inverter, i plan to hook it up to my 2017 Chevy Volt as a emergency power generator so i can power my freezer and power tools if any rolling power outages happen to California, like it did last week, due to the high wind and high forest fire risk.

It comes with 2x 1/0 AWG cables and a remote power switch. Long term wise, i plan to use this with my solar power project with my Chevy Volt’s 12 volt AGM battery and other batteries to convert the stored solar panels into 115v to power my electronics and other appliances.

I typically have a 150 W power inverter in my car for my laptop, and this 3000 W power inverter is HUGE compared to the 150 Watt w/ usb charging ( https://amzn.to/2MxoIaI ), I also have a 1000 watt inverter for camping (https://amzn.to/2N0FQEq ).

I can’t wait to set this up with my 2017 Chevy Volt or to build a small solar power system to power my garage. Stay tuned for more!

OMG! FIRST HOTEL ROBOT ENCOUNTER! (Hannah – the Butler Robot)!!!

I stayed at a hotel and ordered for some basic toiletries from the front desk. They sent a robot to bring up the basic toiletries. Basically we got an automated telephone call when it arrived to the door . If only our robot vacuum cleaners ( https://amzn.to/2Yf5UQ8) at home were this cool.

From the description on the robot, it was a Hannah the Butler Robot. It uses and calls the hotel elevators! The cute blinking eyes. Simple touch screen. Super well lit compartment. I also love the ground light effects to tell the movement status.
