To ensure my Redragon S101 Programmable Gaming Keyboard and Mouse continues to serve me well for many more years, I’ve developed a simple yet effective care routine. As I’ve mentioned, its durability over the past four years has been impressive, and with just a little regular attention, I’m confident it will remain a reliable part of my desktop setup, whether for gaming, work, or adding a touch of RGB flair.

For the Redragon S101 keyboard, regular dusting is key. I use a soft brush, like a paintbrush, to gently sweep away dust and crumbs that accumulate between the keycaps. For more stubborn debris, a can of compressed air is invaluable for blasting it out. I try to do this at least once a week to keep the keys feeling responsive and prevent any potential sticky situations.

If there’s a minor spill, the most important thing is to act quickly. I immediately unplug the keyboard, turn it upside down to allow any liquid to drain out, and then gently wipe down the keys and surrounding areas with a slightly damp (not soaking wet) microfiber cloth. I then let it air dry completely before plugging it back in. Avoiding sugary or sticky liquids near the keyboard is also a good preventative measure.
