Costco! Resa 3D Printed Custom Insoles!

Costco had a custom 3D insole printing demo at their Monterey Park Costco!   I normally buy high performance pre-made insoles ( https://amzn.to/2P5qleK ) which work fine.

But this is very cool.  Custom 3D printed insoles while you shop! The company was RESA ( Resaware.com )  .  They have foot pads to measure your feet and custom design a insole.  Then they print one pair based on the design.  According to the sales person,  they normally sell for $199 or so, but at Costco there was a show promotion of about $130.   Pretty interesting idea. I loved that every 3D printer were running in pairs.  The overall showcase design was very futuristic and cool!   Not sure how long they are going to be onsite but its definitely worth a look!

USB Mini Fan – 99 Cents Only Store Find -$2 Quick Review!

I got this USB Mini Fan from 99 cent only store for $2! I have been wanting a USB powered Mini fan ( https://amzn.to/2v6mKEL ) and came across this when strolling in a 99 Cent Only Store.   I did a quick unboxing and review so you dont have too.

Pros: it works and moves air around.  Uses USB from your computer or USB charger! All metal construction (except for the fan motor casing).  ITS ONLY $2!!!

Cons:
2 colors : Pink or Black (only pink was available at my store).
Paint job quality was low.  Fan cage did not align flush.

So Daiso Stores also have a $4 all plastic USB fan. I may buy one to compare.

Costco! CAT LED Work Lights 2pk! $14.97!!! – Unbox / Review

I picked up at Costco the CAT LED Work Lights 2pk for  $14.97!  These  mini work lights run on AA batteries and are pretty bright and are set at a wide angle of lighting. The lighting is bright and harsh.  They have them online as well: https://amzn.to/2M3UyJu 

Pros: Rugged, light weight, self standing, weather resistant, magnetic
Cons: not waterproof, only ON and OFF,  Instructions says there is a 500 /  250 lumen settings however it only turns on at 500 lumens.

Good value for portable battery powered work lights.  Maybe good for  background accent lighting during video shoots or photography
