I really enjoyed the rich sweet and slightly savory taste of black garlic ( https://amzn.to/3nGZngi ). The sweetness come form the fermentation of the garlic. It is considered a super food due to his high antioxidants, however I really like adding it to my foods for flavor.
Black garlic ( https://amzn.to/3KvujKj ) can add a unique light garlic and sweetness to a salad or unami to a burger or meat. My parents like eating it as a sweet treat and add it to toast. I also add it to my pasta sauce for added flavor. I also add it to my ramen broth.
Polar whole black garlic in an 8 oz ( https://amzn.to/3KvujKj ) in its whole bulb with skin protects the soft jelly pasty garlic from getting crushed. The skin is easily removed. We finished 8 oz bottle within one week of trying new recipes. We ordered a 20 oz version ( https://amzn.to/3nGZngi ) later.
