I have always assembled my own first aid kits in the past and wanted to see what a typical family first aid kit actually contained. If you want to see the included items, its about 30 seconds into the video.

I would get some more regular bandages ( https://amzn.to/3uSyK9G ), blood clotting bandages ( https://amzn.to/3aeHsHd ) , Neosporin antibacterial ointment https://amzn.to/3gcwLIY) , eye wash rinse solution ( https://amzn.to/3gcvamz) and anti diarrhea pills ( https://amzn.to/3txk5Ax ) to cover my bases.

Overall its a pretty complete kit with room to expand to more binder sleeves. I would buy more A5 binder pockets to add more capacity to this kit ( https://amzn.to/2RAw2Hs ). The 2 ring binder is an odd shape and the fact that the grommet holes go through the top of the case does not make this case waterproof if it rains.

Its this kit worth it. Yes, if you never had a first aid kit for the home or car. However, while it has a good guide and is well organized. It is meant to be expanded with more supplies.

My 7+ year old outdoor cat love trying out new food and treats but gets bored of the flavors. When my vet told me that my cat needed to gain weight, my cat was initially excited to get new treats, but his excitement quickly waned and started not to eat the cat supplements and became a fussy cat. So I am trying new treats to get him eating.

I am having Winky try Purina Whisker Lickin’s Cat Treats ( https://amzn.to/3dkVSrg ) cuz it was on sale and it something different for him to taste to keep his appetite up. He is only allowed to eat 10 crunchy pieces of treats a day. It looks like he likes it even though the treats are crunchy. I keep a bowl of fresh water by for him to drink to hydrate.

I also mix his vitamins with his wet food in a interesting way. I bought different flavors of cat calorie booster including TOMLYN Nutri-Cal High Calorie-Nutritional Gel for Cats ( https://amzn.to/3bOon07 ) and Nutri-Vet Multi-Vite Multivitamin Paw Gel for Cats ( https://amzn.to/3bL3t28 ) to increase his body weight to prep for the cold winter months.

I needed to clear out hard drive space on my MSI GE75 Gaming laptop ( https://amzn.to/326XfDJ ) that i use for video editing. I normally carry a Crucial 1 TB SSD drive ( https://amzn.to/327rABM ) to quickly transport and backup video and footage to and from my laptop.

The Crucial X6 SSD ( https://amzn.to/327rABM ) transfers about 500 megabytes a second. However, for longer term backups of footage, using a traditional mechanical external hard drive is more cost effective. SSD drives transfers 5 times faster than traditional drives but costs at least 5 times as much has of this 2021. The cost is the reason why I also have a portable mechanical hard drive.

I have a few Seagate One Touch USB 3.0 ( https://amzn.to/2OMEC4S ) external portable hard drives to backup my laptop. In the video it transfers at about 100 megabytes a second which is fast for a mechanical hard drive. So my typical 300 megabyte video clips and footage takes about 3 seconds to backup. So it is worth it to carry both SSD and HDD when working remotely from home.

This drive is very portable and has a single USB 3,0 cable to transfer data and power the drive. The case is lightweight and made of plastic. Since it is a traditional mechanical drive, you need to be careful not to place it next to magnetic fields.

This is why i only bring my SSD drive with me when traveling away from home or office. Crucial X6 SSD ( https://amzn.to/327rABM ) is not magnetic and has no moving parts. I usually keep my Seagate portable drives at the office or work site only.
