2010 Windshield Cleaner Concentrate – Review

I have been using more windshield wiper fluid as spring showers hit California. I went to buy more pre-mixed windshield wiper fluid ( https://amzn.to/3dffJWS ) and saw green bottle of 2010 Windshield Cleaner Concentrate and i was curious if it would save me money just buying concentrate. Btw, my Youtube vlogs and reviews may also have associated affiliate links to products that may earn from qualifying purchases.

Online there where many brands of windshield cleaner concentrate ( https://amzn.to/2UoOMr0 ) however they only sold the professional version of the PRO-FORMULA 2010 Windshield Cleaner Concentrate (https://amzn.to/2vBdTyB ) that makes 55 GALLONS per bottle. So i decided to try out the consumer version first.

I recently changed out my driver side windshield wiper as the original Honda wiper blade was smearing. I got the Michelin Guardian Premium All-Season Hybrid Wiper Blade: https://amzn.to/3bftDqf from Costco on sale.

Applying the concentrate when i was parked, the instructions said to add 8 oz to the reservoir. Seeing that my 2018 Honda Clarity windshield reservoir held a little over a quart, i only added about 3 ounces, then mixed in another 20oz of distill water i keep in a bottle.

Overall the concentration had good cleaning power. I am guessing that 4 oz concentrate can make 1 gallon of windshield fluid, If thats so the $4 bottle filled with 32 oz of concentrate will make about 8 gallons of fluid. I plan to just keep a gallon bottle or two to pre-mix with distilled water.

Flashlight REVIEW – ROVYVON Aurora A23 ($49) and A3 ($29) SUPER Bright LED flashlight – UNBOXING

I just bought two new EDC keychain flash lights made by RovyVon ( https://amzn.to/33lFyzM ). The first one is the RovyVon Aura A23 about $49 ( https://amzn.to/38WnkpQ ) which is less than 3 inches and outputs 1000 lumens of light from powerful Cree LED.

The second one is the tiny RovyVon A3 about $29( https://amzn.to/2U8J3W7 ). Btw, my Youtube vlogs and reviews may also have associated affiliate links to products that may earn from qualifying purchases.

The best features of the two RovyVon A23 and A3 lights: USB charging, Extreme brightness using CREE LED, extremely light weight and extreme compact size. Both lights come with clips. We removed them as we didnt need it.

We added a key chain and ring so it can be clipped with a a set of keys. The only improvement feature is to standardize on USB C charge port so i can use any of my smart phone cables. We solved it by getting a USB C port adapter (https://amzn.to/2TT68gI ) for about $3 or so.

Why switch to rechargeable USB?

Similar to the XiaoMi 1000 Lumen LED flashlight ( https://amzn.to/2D1FBVj ) i reviewed earlier, I wanted to make a move to have all my devices and flashlights go towards a USB rechargeable platform. Its so that i can carry one primary power supply or wall charger and not have to worry about battery form factor. For example: if my 5.11 LED EDC pen light ( https://amzn.to/2TSyojx ) which i carry runs out of power, I will need a new AAA alkaline dry cell to replace it. If my RovyVon A23 flash light runs out of power, i just need to plug it into my 26,800 power bank ( https://amzn.to/38SMh5B ) to still have continuous light. Great for camping and emergency preparedness.

FLAT FOLDING N95 Respirator – 3M AURA 1870+ Surgical Mask – UNBOX / REVIEW

I bought a box of flat folding N95 – 3M AURA 1870+ Surgical Masks one to two years ago from a medical supply company to carry with me as a emergency situations and for my bug out bag. I never opened them as I never had a need to. I am doing an unboxing to see if the rubber band straps are still good and to see how it folds.

Disclaimer: For tech and safety specifics on respirators check with http://www.osha.gov or manufacturers such as 3M (http://www.3m.com) for info. For the Corona Virus I believe people should follow the Center for Disease control’s guidance. Here is CDC website on the Corona Virus ( https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/ ) . I typically use a disposable N95 filter masks ( https://amzn.to/2Qh1Hu3 ) for DIY projects around the house and paint art projects. So medical surgical masks like this flat folding mask is only saved for bug out bag and emergency preparedness situations. These masks are also not as durable for DIY projects and are hard to buy due to the special nature of these masks. I would stick to the standard N95 or P95 filters based on DIY project needs.

The mask folds out to cover the face. There is a nose bridge wire and foam on the top of the nose. Like the other paper N95 masks, it does not have a rubberized face seal. Nor does it have a exhaust port valve for exhaled air flow. Its good for emergencies and for health care personal applications. I like the flat form factor but that’s the only thing going for it. I would stick to the standard N95 or P95 filters based on DIY project needs.

I made a video previously of all the different masks I use for DIY projects as well as P100 mask review.
