My parents wanted a new blood pressure monitor with a backlit screen so they can better read the numbers. I went to Costco and bought a Microlife Bluetooth Blood Pressure Monitor for the backllit screen to replace the 5 year old reliable simple OMRON blood pressure monitor (https://amzn.to/2Odasop ). I like how it can run on batteries and is more compact and less bulky than the Omron, as we can bring it with us when we travel. The arm band is flexible and compact. It can be operated with AAA batteries or an AC adapter. It has bluetooth for wireless connectivity, but it needs their own app. The parents like the lit screen and are generally happy about the new monitor and will generally be using the same way the used the old one. They just wanted a lighted screen. I guess i will inherit and use the old one.
