Costco!Stainless Steel Garment Rack w/ Wheels! $39!!!

Costco has a stainless steel garment rack for $39!!!   There are other laundry sorters ( https://amzn.to/2Lfkp4z ) . I was thinking of using this as a garment rack for organizing or as a spray rack for my DIY projects for hanging stuff to spray paint on.  What do you think?
