Costco has Large Golden Pineapples for $2 each! Its usually $3 or more at the supermarket! This is my 4th pineapple and they yield a lot of sweet meat. They are green so it will take about 3 days to ripen. I use a ceramic knife ( https://amzn.to/2TKbMP0 ) to cut my pineapples quickly. Its only takes about 20 seconds to prepare a pineapple with this pineapple cutter. Just chop off the top, screw cut down the center of the pineapple, and you have 1 centimeter pineapple rings!   

I usually put pineapple chunks on my pizza in my air fryer when i get home late at night. At the last 2 minutes i add it as toppings to my pizza! Yum!
