Costco has a new FEIT Low Profile LED Utility Light 4ft for $24!!! Its only is about 1.75 inches high and provides 4000 lumens of light.  There are other four feet shop lights online however they cost much more: https://amzn.to/2phIyu9 

Other nice features of this light is that they have a motion sensor switch accessible on the light. It can be turned on by pull chain. Multiple lights can be linked together!
