DIY: How to RESET TPMS for Honda Accord, Honda Clarity, Honda Civic and 2018+ Honda.

This is how to reset your HONDA tire pressure monitor after rotating, changing out your tires, or fixing a flat on your late model Honda Accord, Honda Clarity, or other late model Honda with interactive control panel. The Honda TPMS system does not detect tire pressure. I recently added another 3rd party TPMS system online ( https://amzn.to/2ncBVf6 ) for about $30 , so i can see the actual tire pressure from each tire. I have the install video here: https://youtu.be/gIT708-QUU8 .

I recently got my tire repaired after getting a flat tire. I had to use my spare tire for my DIY Honda Clarity ( https://youtu.be/incxlPXfiPo ). After the repair, my tire shop showed me how to re calibrate my TPMS system in my 2018 Honda Clarity. It also clears the TMPS light on the dash. Its a simple process so I made this video.

The Honda TPMS system does not detect tire pressure, but monitors tire rotations from the wheel sensors, if its spinning faster than other wheels its considered air leak or flat. Normally it will go away if you add air to the tires, however if you had a flat or tire rotation, you will want to do this re calibration procedure.

Weather Proofing my indoor BR30 flood lights with Flex Seal! (Experiment)

I wanted to use my indoor BR30 flood lights out doors by weather proof with Flex Seal! This is an experiment so DO NOT do this at home. Better to go buy some outdoor flood lights like PAR38 ( https://amzn.to/2QiQKHr ).

I am doing this because Ibought too many BR30 lights and a got a few cans of Flex Seal ( https://amzn.to/2QmlIhI ) to play with. I also needed lighting in my back year in a covered patio that is outdoor but covered under the eaves of the roof. I tried this before with Plastidip in my other video: https://youtu.be/GbD2Y97QlHQ and it still working.

LED Indoor Flood Lights BR30 : https://amzn.to/39gN2Hd
Plastidip Spray Rubber: https://amzn.to/2Znz8ON

The FlexSeal clear rubber spray is very thick. Its much thicker and more permanent than Plastidip. One coat added about 1 mm or more of rubber to the base of the light bulb. So this was very quick and did not need multiple coats I had a box full of BR30 bulbs and decided i only need 2 bulbs to play with now. Overall this video was to compare Flexseal clear rubber spray with Plastidip clear rubber spray. Don’t expect to remove the FlexSeal rubber, its meant to be permanent, unlike Plastidip that was meant to be removed if needed. I tried this before with Plastidip in my other video: https://youtu.be/GbD2Y97QlHQ and it still working.

DIY: Jacket Zipper Anchor Broke – Temp Fix – PLASTIC STRAW FIX DID NOT WORK!

DIY: Jacket Zipper Anchor Broke – Temp Fix – Plastic Straw Fix DID NOT WORK!
So one of my favorite jacket zipper broke over the weekend. I fixed it temporary with Aluminum Foil Tape for HVAC( https://amzn.to/35nQxJr ). It provides a strong temporary fix to allow the zipper to enter the anchor point. My Youtube vlogs may have associated affiliate links to products that I may earn from qualifying purchases.

I did try to use the Plastic straw fix i seen over the internet but was unsuccessful. The hot glue did not bond to the plastic straw. Also the track was too thick to for the zipper to travel on. I just basically had hot glue burns and wasted an hour.
