$2 Lunch in 5 Minutes! Chicken Cilantro Wonton Spinach Ramen!!!

Here is a quick $2 lunch idea using only stuff i bought at Costco! Bibigo Chicken Cilantro Wonton ($6-9 for 3 lbs or about 60-70 cents ), Fresh Spinach ($4 for 3 lb – 15 cents ), and Ramen ($5 for 36 or 13 cents) .   Take a look at the simple how to video! I tried the BibiGO fully cooked chicken and cilantro mini wontons! It was about $6 with Costco coupon, normally its $9 for the 3 pound bag.  Amazon sells Bibigo sauses and stews online https://amzn.to/2Js4489 but not these wontons.

Costco! Bibigo Mini Wontons! 3lb for $9 (or $6 with coupon)!!!

I tried the BibiGO fully cooked chicken and cilantro mini wontons! It was about $6 with Costco coupon, normally its $9 for the 3 pound bag.  Overall it tastes good but really “mini” compared to like a bag of Ling Ling Dumplings which also costs about $10, but needs to be cooked longer.  Its better to add these to a broth or ramen, which is what i did in the next video.

I reviewed other bibigo costco steamed dumplings before:

Costco! Melora Manuka Honey UMF 5+ 2.2lb! UNBOXING, Review, Compared!!

I love shopping for Honey, especially Manuka Honey. Found this at Costco today, its Melora Manuka Honey UMF 5+ and its 2.2 lb (1 kilogram)  at $39. Right now they have it on sale for about $29!  Pretty good value compared to the recent Manuka honey sold here that was closer to $40-$50 for 17.6 oz. Not sure why there is so much manuka honey on the market…  other manuka honey is also for sale on Amazon: http://amzn.to/2iInwRY . Its time to unbox this and compare it with my other Manuka Honey collection!  Comvita UMF 15+, Kfactor 16, and other honey!  Overall its not as sweet tasting as the Wedderspoon Kfactor 16 and is lighter in texture and color. But compared to Comvita UMF 15+ , UMF 15+ has a huge bite in taste and is not sweet at all.

I current eat about 1 to 3 jars of Manuka honey every year and found I prefer 10+ UMF honey more as it has a good balance of rich sweet flavor, aroma, and texture. I noticed that the higher the UMF the denser the honey and flavor. 10+ was a good balance.

I bought a lot of Manuka honey over the years, most have been from Costco and Amazon. I made a taste test video prior.
