DIY: Jacket Zipper Anchor Broke – Temp Fix – PLASTIC STRAW FIX DID NOT WORK!

DIY: Jacket Zipper Anchor Broke – Temp Fix – Plastic Straw Fix DID NOT WORK!
So one of my favorite jacket zipper broke over the weekend. I fixed it temporary with Aluminum Foil Tape for HVAC( https://amzn.to/35nQxJr ). It provides a strong temporary fix to allow the zipper to enter the anchor point. My Youtube vlogs may have associated affiliate links to products that I may earn from qualifying purchases.

I did try to use the Plastic straw fix i seen over the internet but was unsuccessful. The hot glue did not bond to the plastic straw. Also the track was too thick to for the zipper to travel on. I just basically had hot glue burns and wasted an hour.

How to replace a 2015-2019 Toyota Prius Key Fob Battery

My 2018 Toyota Prius key fob remote battery was low and showed in the dash board. I bought a replacement CR2032 3v Energizer Lithium ( https://amzn.to/2L7TDsI ). I made this quick video to show you how to change out a Toyota key fob remote battery. My Youtube vlogs may also have associated affiliate links to products that may earn from qualifying purchases. Be sure to check
the battery expiration date.

The 2015-2019 Toyota Prius key fob has a switch that releases the physical key. Use the metal and insert it into the center slot of the key fob. Turn it like a key to pop key fob open. The CR2032 battery is held in 4 tabs. There is a slot opening to push the battery out. Use a paper clip or small toothpick in the slot to pop the battery out. Reverse the steps to re-assemble and test.

DIY: How to keep wrench sockets from falling out of the socket wench case.

I made a quick case diy mod after dropping my sockets out. i got a DeWalt 1/4″ Drive 50 PC Tool Set on sale for $19 at Costco. I seen similar DeWalt 1/4″ drive kits online: https://amzn.to/2mIhAO5

The kit was good and I have it with me when i travel. Like one of the viewers said, the sockets fall out if you open it the wrong way. i dropped the sockets once or twice. i basically used some clear plastidip on my socket case for more friction.
