Costco! Winplus 3 in 1 Car Break Out Tool / USB Charger / Power Bank- 2 Pack$19!!!

Just got a Winplus 3 In 1 – car too, usb charger, and power bank!  This is the first time i seen this combination. Normally they have a car break out tool like the ones for breaking out of a car: http://amzn.to/2iIZfev  but without the power bank part.
