REVIEW: Z-Edge R1 – 2K Front 1080P Rear Dual Dash Cam with WiFi – Good Value

I got a Z-Edge R1 – 2K Front 1080P Rear Dual Dash Cam with WiFi ( https://amzn.to/3DeK4SX ) as my old dual dash cam started to fail. I am going to review, unbox, and give my pros and cons of this new camera dash cam.

If you need a front and rear camera that does 1920 P in the front and 1080 P in the rear then the Z-Edge R1 – 2K Front 1080P Rear Dual Dash Cam with WiFi ( https://amzn.to/3DeK4SX ) is a very good value.

Pros:
Easy install – suction cup mount for quick release.
Good size buttons
Super wide and clear images
WIFI (down load with out a computer )
Starts recording when powered.
Good cable lenghts

Cons:
Plastic mounts
Time has to be set.
Big bulky front and rear camera bodies.

If you need a front and rear camera that does 2160 P in the front and 1080 P in the rear then the REDTIGER 4K Dual Dash Cam with WiFi + GPS ( https://amzn.to/3iALDAX ) is a very good value.

Pros:
Pretty easy install
Good size not too big good size buttons
Super wide and clear images
GPS and WIFI ( auto time, and wifi for down load with out a computer )
Starts recording when powered.

Cons:
Plastic mounts
Rear cable could be longer.
Had to run cable in headliner – Prefer to run cable on the floor runs

REVIEW: LISEN Car Back Seat TABLET HOLDER – V Mount

I got a LISEN Car Back Seat TABLET HOLDER ( https://amzn.to/35ZQ3OM ) so I can have another iPad or tablet installed in my rear seat of my car. This tablet holder was a v-mount and was more stable to vertical movement.

This can be setup in less than 2 minutes to start playing and is easily taken down when not in use. The hard plastic clip locks onto the front seat head rest posts. The legs can be extended to bring the tablet closer by a few inches. I was able to fit my ipad and 12 inch monitor with no problem.

My older adjustable large tablet articulating arm ( https://amzn.to/3hsutFm ) attaches to the passenger seat head rest posts so I can position the monitor right behind the seat or near the center of the spacious back seat to share with friends. The tilt of the monitor arm is adjustable as well.

Overall I see this as a fun project. It’s not a permanent addition to the car and is quick to setup and take down when you are finished. The mount works well even while the car is in motion.
