REVIEW: Gorilla Grip NonStick Silicone PASTRY MAT 20×28 inch

If you bake or work with flour and dough a nonstick silicone pastry mat ( https://amzn.to/3LdUyVM ) will save you a lot of time in cleaning and makes working with dough much easier.

I got the Gorilla Grip NonStick Silicone PASTRY MAT ( https://amzn.to/36FBwII ) as I started to bake and work with dough more in the kitchen. I chose a 20×28 inch pastry mat for the coverage and work space on my kitchen table. I also picked the orange color for visibility of the numbering and grid and measurements. There are many colors available.

PROS:
very useful grid and measurements
heavy duty mat
nonstick is very easy to clean or wipe clean
slip resistant
makes the cleaning after pastry work very easy.

CONS:
It can be rolled for storage
Can not use as baking sheet.

Overall Gorilla Grip NonStick Silicone pastry mat ( https://amzn.to/36FBwII ) is AWESOME mat to work with dough. Its NOT for cooking. It just a great non-stick mat that you can work pastries and dough on. I got one large enough for the portion of my kitchen table. the larger work area the easier it is to work the dough. It cleans very easy as nothing sticks to it. It can be washed by hand or the dish washer. It can be rolled or folded for storage.

The Paudin Kitchen Knife Set ( https://amzn.to/3vbIhM1 ) box packaging was good for gifting and presents well. But since this is for my own use, I tossed the box and now they reside in my knife drawer.

Sharp, lightweight, balances, and handles well. Cooking and food prep is way more enjoyable with better tools, this knife set slices and dices very easily due to the sharp blade, lightweight balanced design of the blade. The blade and full tange is stiff doesn’t flex (as expected).

According to the packaging Paudin Kitchen Knife Set ( https://amzn.to/3vbIhM1 ) is made of 7Cr17MoV German Steel – H.4116 fine carbide steel with hardness of 58. I am not a professional and have no idea what this means… all I know are that these knives are very sharp and very stiff.

The grip and handle are fiberglass and looks great, even when wet I had a good grip.

REVIEW: Door Stop Alarm – Alerts & Stops Doors

I got these to let me know if someone opened my door while I am working in the other part of the office or house. It also acts as a door stop to slow the opening of the door.

Door Stop Alarm ( https://amzn.to/3Ka9VNq ) runs on a 9V battery and has an ON/OFF switch, sensitivity switch (H M L – but only M and L works, H is too sensitive), and the wedge switch. It has rubber feet so it will work on tile or carpeted floors.

Overall, Door Stop Alarm ( https://amzn.to/3Ka9VNq ) will be useful daily or when I am traveling or staying late at the office. Or if you want to alerted when someone has come home.
