Commute research: Schwinn Stealth S1000 Review
still on my hunt to solve my commute issue of using a lot of gas to go 5 miles. I played with a couple of Razor and Schwinn electric scooters this weekend. Battery powered and drive speed of under 20 mph it works but felt really slow. I am considering biking instead more later.
The Schwinn Stealth S1000 1000 Watt 36 Volt was very fun. I borrowed it from my co-worker who bought it for his commute. For the weekend and cruized around the block. It really zipped, however i felt I really wanted to bike. But this is great for people who dont want to break a sweat going to the market or to work at about 17 miles per hour using zero gas!
While i prefer biking, I like the idea of not having to be sweaty in southern California. I like being cool confident and clean... hence electric propelled is the way to go.
